I’m laying on my porch writing this in the rain 🌧️🩵clearing and shedding
And surrendering to most high 🪽
If you have ever sat in the rain it is one of the most healing cleanses I have experienced 🕊️
Currently you may be feeling

🍒Migraine
🍒tooth pains
🍒pain in right arm
🍒waves of anxiety/depression
🍒Extreme thirst
🍒Sleepiness and need to sleep entire days 💤
🍒childhood wounds surrounding abandonment, confidence, being seen are surfacing
🍒extreme fluctuations in appetite
🍒feelings of resentment, hopelessness, or other emotions pop up
It’s okay to feel overwhelmed 🫂 you’re never alone (I didn’t choose this to be underlined so it must be important )🫀🥺
To help interpret the messages trying to get in be very easy on yourself during these times 🌻
Let yourself slow down, and hold space
Ask your inner child “how can I help you during this time? What will help you feel safe”
It can be a comfort food, a cozy blanket, watch your favorite show (I play anything studio Ghibli when I’m sad as the colors are divine ) call a friend, make a painting or listen to soft music,
whatever comes to mind do it immediately ❤️
Remember you’re exactly where you are meant to be in this moment and time
🌸you don’t have to have it all figured out
Answers will come when you feel good
If you are not in a mental or physical state of feeling good that’s ok, don’t force anything.
Let all the stress fall away like the rain carrying you onward 🤲
