8 Tips to survive the solar eclipse

On April 8th we have this lovely solar eclipse. Here's a few tips to navigate this energy.




  • Listen to your body; you may be very restless or need to sleep A LOT. Let yourself take naps if need be.

  • Our nervous systems are heightened; work with soothing herbs like ashwagandha, St.Johns wort, lavender, cacao, ect, Cut down on sugars and caffeine.

  • The DNA activations will cause you to need more water; Increase water intake.

  • You may feel extra sensitive or irritable; Turn off phone and other technology.

  • Sore muscles and headaches will be common; take Epsom salt baths, listen to healing frequencies.

  • Do gentle stretches, dance, or full workout if you're up for it. Mostly find small ways to move the energy and keep your body from feeling too stagnant.

  • Eclipse's bring to light lots of things repressed; what are tasks you've been putting off? Make a list of 3 things to get done.

  • It is normal to feel rage and anger. Don't hold them in, but don't project onto people you love. Find a healthy outlet; Painting, music, going for a walk, scream at the top of your lungs in your car.. Honestly. They make rage rooms for a reason! it is Aries season, after all:-)
